Memtrain officially started

CASELLE, Italy: 10 lessons for a group of people that will follow an Adapted Physical Activity course, made specifically more aerobic,
in order to facilitate the collection of data to prove the correlation between movement and memory improvement.
Tuesday, March 7, in Caselle has officially begun MemTrain, the new international project in which the Committee has joined. MemTrain focuses especially on the physical and mental well-being of those who have exceeded the threshold of 55 years,
through a series of studies showing the correlation between cognitive impairment and hospitalization or long periods of inactivity.
A sample group of 15 volunteers, including former President of Uisp Committee, Roberto Rinaldi, will participate in a program
developed in 10 lessons, during which the instructor Lisa Crosetti
will make more aerobic the normal AFA course in order to
facilitate the collection of data.
Leader Association of the project is Pravé ted from Czech Republic, that coordinated the initial
meeting held in Prague on October 24, 2016. Among the partner associations, in addition to Uisp Committee Cirie Settimo
Chivasso there are: the Spanish university UHM de Elche, the Gdynia Sports Centre from Poland, Cestou zdravi the Czech Republic,
the Ljudska Univerza Rogaska Slatina Slovenia and the Athletics Ireland.
