Trespass è azienda simbolo di un impegno costante verso l'innovazione, la praticità e la moda, con materiali tecnici rivolti a tutti e che permettono di praticare comodamente attività outodoor come gli sport invernali, gite e viaggi. 
L'azienda è creata nel 1938 a Glasgow nella Scozia orientale per produrre abbigliamento da lavoro e da esterno.
Lo stesso marchio Trepass viene creato nel 1984 a seguito dello sviluppo e della realizzazione di materiali usati all'esterno, in collina, in montagna sulla neve e sotto la pioggia, o anche nei giorni magnifici in cui il sole splende.
