Uisp Matera accoglie il progetto "Grassroots Sports for Equity"

Uisp Matera sta partecipando all'importante progetto "GRASSROOTS SPORTS FOR EQUITY" proposta da ISCA, che si basa su interventi specifici come scambi di politiche, nuovi approcci di partenariato, collaborazione basata sugli eventi e altra condivisione di buone pratiche che contribuiscono allo sviluppo sociale o alla mobilitazione internazionale attraverso l'attività fisica.

Il meeting rientra in un progetto Erasmus+ di cui Uisp Matera è parte integrante insieme ad altre associazioni di 3 diversi Paesi europei, ovvero Finlandia, Germania, Irlanda. 

Il progetto vede anche una tappa a Matera, Capitale Europea della Cultura per il 2019, il 28 e il 29 Settembre 2019 e vedrà impegnata Uisp Matera nell'organizzazione, in collaborazione con Fondazione Matera-Basilicata 2019 e l'Open Design School.

Giuseppe Pecora, referente del progetto per Uisp Matera, dichiara: "Ospitando a Matera le associazioni partner del progetto provenienti da Finlandia, Germania e Irlanda, avremo modo di condividere e confortare le esperienze maturate dal nostro Comitato nel campo dello sport e dell'inclusione, in particolare dell'antirazzismo.
Per la Settimana Europea dello Sport disputeremo un torneo di calcio a 5 antirazzista che coinvolgerà studenti materani e richiedenti asilo e rifugiati., sabato pomeriggio, presso Casino Padula.
Un'importante occasione di crescita, anche per il ruolo che la nostra città ricopre quest'anno come Capitale Europea della Cultura."

Guests will arrive by car/bus and we could have dinner together and a little touristic tour of the centre of the town and Sassi.

13:30 Light lunch at CASINO PADULA

14:30 History of UISP Tournaments Against Racism (Tornei Antirazzisti, Mondiali Antirazzisti, Vivicittà and Welcome – Mondiali Antirazzisti al Sud)

 15:00 Preparing for Futsal Tournament for the European Week of Sports

 16:00 European Week of Sports activity (Futsal Tournament against racism and other games at CASINO PADULA)

Day 2 (Sunday 29^th September - Gorgoglione 96 km from Matera)

During the 1hour and half tour Presentation of the host organisation good practise model (SPORTANTENNE).

 During the return trip Discussion and evaluation of the morning 

13:00 Lunch at Osteria “Malatesta” 

14:00 Discussing and agreeing on next steps including the European Week of Sports + administrative budget and economical questions of ERASMUS+ Program (at CASINO PADULA)
