Il 28 marzo u.s. è stata firmata la nuova Convenzione tra la FIJLKAM e la UISP. La Federazione ha voluto firmarla per prima con noi a significare i buoni rapporti che da molti anni intercorrono tra le nostre organizzazioni, testimoniati da più eventi, per citare solo i più recenti: la partecipazione del Presidente Matteo Pellicone al faccia a faccia con me in occasione della nostra ultima Assemblea Nazionale, il corso di formazione per Insegnanti di Judo verso le disabilità mentale, organizzato insieme, e le molte altre collaborazioni nazionali e sul territorio.

Sono ben consapevole che se a livello nazionale il rapporto è ottimo, non è così dovunque sul territorio. Questo dipende molto dai dirigenti locali e credo che la convenzione possa essere uno strumento utile. Vi invito fin da ora a tenermi informato rispetto l'applicazione della convenzione stessa ed dello spirito che la sottende.

Il linguaggio "burocratico", a tratti censorio non sempre è all'altezza della qualità di questi rapporti e non in tutti i punti c'è quello che avremmo voluto, ma occorre tenere in considerazione, che abbiamo redatto una convenzione pensando anche agli altri EPS, disponibili a firmarla, quindi, l'ottica non è solo quella di regolare i rapporti tra noi e la Federazione, ma tra un insieme di organizzazioni. C'è bisogno di chiarezza e di impegni da rispettare.

Ad ogni modo, già la convenzione sancisce l'ufficialità incontestabile di buone relazioni tra le parti e rende possibile la doppia attività, incoraggia la cooperazione, la costruzione di calendari concordati, iniziative comuni, il reciproco supporto, ecc ...

Il passaggio successivo sarà quello di intensificare la collaborazione su pezzi importanti, come la formazione degli insegnanti verso la disabilità o la promozione dell'attività giovanile, ma anche andare oltre e gettare le basi per tratteggiare insieme dei pezzi di formazione tecnica.
