Le nostre discipline sono tante cose: divertimento, evasione, allenamento, sport, educazione, ricerca, e potremmo preseguire andando sempre più a fondo. E' indubbio che è un modo per comprendere meglio noi stessi ed il mondo. Che l'approccio sia moderno, antico, tradizionale, scientifico, pragmatico, speculativo ... o tutte queste cose insieme, la pratica delle dicipline orientali è una grande opportunità. Il rischio di una banalizzazione, di una semplificazione, di un depauperamento della loro ricchezza è ormai noto a tutti noi.
