Il 2 Settembre 2009 il Maestro Shiigi Munenori ha certificato la piena competenza di tre suoi allievi che operano all'interno dell'ADO Uisp nel Settore Katori Shinto Ryu e che da molti anni insegnano nei dojo dell'area fiorentina. Maurizio Casu, Antonella Naro e Stefano Nistri hanno ricevuto dal Maestro Shiigi il riconoscimento di Maestro di Budo (Budo Shihan no Kurai) per aver appreso le tecniche del Katori Shinto Ryu, del Kashima Shinto Ryu Bojutsu e Ai Kuchi, del Takenouchi Ryu Iai e delle tecniche del Kappo.

Si tratta di un riconoscimento eccezionale rilasciato da un Maestro che ha dedicato la propria vita allo studio e all'insegnamento del Budo e nello stesso tempo di un impegno preso dai suoi allievi a proseguire ulteriormente nella ricerca e nella diffusione di uno dei grandi patrimoni culturali dell'umanità.

Nel mese di novembre 2010 il Maestro ha conferito il grado di Shihan quarto dan a Massimo Galdiero, Nadia Panattoni e Leonardo De Rosso. Durante la cerimonia il Maestro Shiigi ha voluto sottolineare ancora una volta l'importanza dell'aiuto dato dai Maestri Moscato e Volpi per la crescita morale del gruppo che si è costituito nella forma attuale solo da poco più di tre anni. A questo proposito il Maestro ha chiesto che riportassimo la sua felicità per il rispetto, l'intesa e la dignità che caratterizzano il gruppo e che nell'insegnamento del Maestro sono elementi essenziali per la comprensione del Budo quanto, se non maggiormente, l'abilità tecnica. Questi riconoscimenti manifestano quindi come la piena competenza raggiunta dai nuovi Maestri sia il risultato emergente di un impegno collettivo e sono un ulteriore stimolo a proseguire nel percorso intrapreso che sta coinvolgendo un numero crescente di persone seriamente interessate allo studio dei valori culturali, morali e tecnici contenuti nel Budo.
