Our Commitment

UISP -Unione Italiana Sport Per Tutti- is a Sports Promotion Body whose core value is the right to sport for all citizens, regardless of age, race, gender and motor skills of each individual. The priority objective of the Committee is undoubtedly the promotion of health and the use of sport as a tool for socializing and inclusion.

European projects are the activity that has most changed the identity of the Committee, transforming it into a more complex and international organization. In fact, from 2007 to today, various international projects have been implemented thanks to funding obtained from the European Union and the collaboration with various international partners:

• ADRESS, against drugs and racism

• SAVE, against violence through sport

• ARIES, against racism

• SCAI, for active citizenship and integration

• IRIS, for the integration of Roma children through sport

• IRISES, for the integration of Roma children through the exchange of good practices

• SPRINT, for the inclusion of disabled minors and in residential institutions

• SPIRITS, to bring sport to prisons as a means of emancipation and social redemption for prisoners

• PACE, for the psychophysical well-being of the over 55

• RE[ENTER], on the exchange of good practices regarding psychoeducational tools

• CHANCE, for minors who are on probation

• WINGS, aimed at women and girls who are at risk of violence or who have been victims of it in their lifetime

• FIT&WISE, to stimulate the sporting activity of the elderly

• HOSPITALITY, focused on people with intellectual disabilities

• VALUES, to combine physical activity with the preservation of historical memory

• GUARD 2, on the issue of cyberbullying

• GSA, to promote a healthy lifestyle through the media

• PAD4YOUTH, to use padel as a means of integration

• HEPA, aimed at under 14 and under 16 youth basketball and wheelchair basketball.

These projects have involved many sports and cultural associations in Europe and hundreds of boys and girls from different countries with sports, debates and activities aimed at achieving the various objectives set by the projects. The Committee is awaiting the results of other European tenders in which it has participated.
