Tesseramento

CARD FORMAZIONE

Ogni Insegnante deve richiedere la CARD FORMAZIONE, al costo di € 30,00 al Comitato Territoriale dove si effettua il tesseramento associativo. Così si sarà inseriti sia nell'Albo sul sito delle Discipline Orientali che sull'Albo UISP/CONI.

I nuovi Insegnanti (coloro che ancora non sono stati riconosciuti dalla UISP), dovranno richiedere il riconoscimento al Comitato Territoriale di apaprtenenza, il quale provvederà ad inoltrare la domanda, corredata della documentazione, al Nazionale che in tempo brevi darà il parere.

Gli Insegnanti/Educatori, (Istruttori/Maestri), dovranno:

1. essere in possesso della Tessera Uisp di tipo “D” in corso di validità;

2. effettuare il versamento dell’importo previsto sopraindicato (una quota per ogni disciplina).

CARTELLINO TECNICO CINTURE NERE

Tutte le Cinture Nere (escluso insegnati: istruttori/maestri) dovranno:

1. essere in possesso della Tessera Uisp di tipo “A” oppure “G” in corso di validità,

2. essere in possesso dello specifico Libretto Tecnico (Budopass)

3. effettuare il Cartellino Tecnico Cintura Nera versando la quota invariata di € 10.00 al Comitato Territoriale UISP (una quota per disciplina). Il Comitato UISP provvederà a trasmetterlo all'UISP DO Nazionale che, dopo le opportune verifiche provvederà a stamparlo e a girarlo al Comitato Regionale UISP DO di apaprtenenza che lo consegnerà alla ASD.

Gli appositi moduli di richiesta del CT CN e della CARD Formazione verranno forniti dall'Ufficio Tesseramento del vostro Comitato Territoriale UISP.

NB: va precisato che va compilato un modulo di cartellino tecnico e di card formazione quante sono le discipline per le quali l'associato ha la qualifica o la graduazione.

Libretti tecnici (Budopass)

I Libretti tecnici (ad uso pluriennale), possono essere richiesti al Comitato Regionale UISP DO di appartenenza, o in assenza di questo alla segreteria UISP DO Nazionale, ai seguenti costi:

- Libretto Tecnico Budopass € 5,00

- Libretto Tecnico Pass judoGIOVANI € 2,00

- Libretto Tecnico bambini (generico) € 1,00
